Wow 2009 was a horse crazy year!
When I look back through the photo albums (mainly on facebook), we did a lot that year. Took 7 horses in a major parade that year, dressed the horses up for an Indian Festival, completed a bucket list wish for a couple to ride in on horseback to a friends party to out-do the arrivals of the others, and...

Storey Publishing contacted me and asked if they could publish two of my patterns in this book they were putting together along with author Jessie Haas. Never in a million years, did I think I would be asked to contribute in this way. It was very interesting working with the publisher - they critiqued the patterns and ultimately converted them to a more U.S. friendly version, and did amazing drawings for the pages carrying the two patterns. I was quite impressed when I received my copy of the book.
I am not sure why it surprised me, a year or two before, I was contacted to be interviewed on web radio station called 'Getting Loopy' -- but that's another story.
So to get two of our patterns, simply buy this book. If you run a riding school, this is a must-have book, particularly if you also do summer camps.
